Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
Items returned without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right. If the issue is confirmed, we will cover any replacement or return shipping costs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
